Cambridge Cardiac Care and Waterloo Wellington Diabetes invite you to the "We're All In This Together- DIABETES & HEART SUMMIT 2018" at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre (located directly off Hwy. 401, on Hwy. 24 / Hespeler Road) from 12:30pm- 4:30pm. A buffet lunch will be provided.
