This program was developed for the Waterloo Wellington region as a workshop for health care providers to gain greater knowledge and skill in the behaviour change process. 

The workshop will run from 12:00 to 5:00 the first day and from 9:00 to 3:30 the second day at the Holiday Inn Guelph, 601 Scottsdale Drive, Guelph, ON, N1G 3E7.
