The program is a 14-week condensed version of the Group Lifestyle Balance Program™, led by certified leaders, for people who have been identified with, or are at risk for prediabetes and/or metabolic syndrome.
This program is being offered by the Langs Community Health Centre.
This program is offered in a group of 10 participants and focuses on helping individuals adopt and maintain lifestyle skills including weight loss, nutrition, and physical activity.

March 4- April 8: Room S236
April 15- April 24: Room S206
May 6- June 24: Room S236
The program is FREE to attend and is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC). It is based on the University of Pittsburgh Diabetes Prevention Support Centers’ program.
