Free Community Exercise Classes for Seniors

The Township of Wilmot, Wellesley and Woolwich, are offering free exercise classes for seniors that focus on cardio, balance, strength and flexibility. These classes will be ongoing throughout the Summer.

Walk-In Counselling Service

Family Counselling and Support Services is offering Open Access Walk- In Services on Wednesdays. Counsellors will provide a single session for individuals, couples and families. For more information click here. No appointment needed.

This program provides customized exercise support and education for individuals with osteoporosis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, managed heart conditions and COPD. A weekly, full-day program offered in Kitchener and Cambridge for individuals living with a life threatening illness. Diabetes Connection

The Woolwich Community Health Centre will be hosting a 1 hour group for people living with diabetes to share stories, ask questions and help eachother manage their diabetes.  This support group is intended for people with a diagnonis of diabetes or their support persons.
