Free Community Exercise Classes for Seniors

The Township of Wilmot, Wellesley and Woolwich, are offering free exercise classes for seniors that focus on cardio, balance, strength and flexibility. These classes will be ongoing throughout the Summer.

Walk-In Counselling Service

Family Counselling and Support Services is offering Open Access Walk- In Services on Wednesdays. Counsellors will provide a single session for individuals, couples and families. For more information click here. No appointment needed.

Move for Health

This program provides customized exercise support for individuals with chronic health conditions including: osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, pre/post joint replacement, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure/cholesterol, stable heart conditions, COPD, diabetes and obesity. Diabetes Fit

This FREE exercise program is for adults at risk of, or  diagnosed with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. It is a12-week program with 2 sessions per week, led by YMCA certified exercise professionals. Sessions include education and exercise designed to help you get started with exercise and healthy eating.

Neuro Fit

This program provides customized exercise support for individuals with conditions such as stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and spinal cord injury. Exercise adaptations are available for those using cane, walkers or wheelchairs.
