Menopause is a major life transition that affects not just the body, but the mind, too. Many women experience mood swings, anxious thoughts, or brain fog during this time, but these changes aren’t always talked about. This session is designed to help you understand the connection between menopause and mental well-being, so you can navigate this phase with knowledge and confidence.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How Menopause Affects Mental Health – Understand the impact of hormonal shifts on mood, memory, and emotions.
  • Recognizing the Signs – Learn how to spot changes in mental health and when to seek support.
  • Coping Strategies and Holistic Approaches– Discover practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and low mood.
