Healthy Habits is a free 8- week wellness series for adults who want to build healthy habits and lower their risk of long term health problems. Each session is interactive, and participants leave with tips and tools they can use in daily life.
This program has 2 parts:
- Part 1 includes sessions 1-4
- Part 2 includes session 5-8
