Are you in your late 30's or beyond and noticing changes in your physical, mental, emotional, or sexual health?

 

Wondering if these are the beginnings of perimenopause? If you're feeling unsure about whats happening with your body during this significant phase of life, this workshop is for you!

 

Join us to learn about the changes occurring in your body, understand the symptoms, and get the scoop on hormones, HRT, and other supportive treatments. We'll also cover how to advocate for your hormone health and explore nutrition and fitness tips to help you manage symptoms as you transition to menopause.
